The Restoration Crew
Randy has lived the majority of his life in The Dalles. His interest in cars started at a very young age. From a mechanical and artistic family, he’s combined the best of both worlds in his over thirty years of paint and body work. When asked what his favorite part his job was, his reply was simple; the smile on a customer’s face when they see their restored car. The excitement and joy that people feel when they get to drive it for the first time. That’s what makes the job worthwhile.
Randy was born and raised in The Dalles. From a mechanical family, his interest in cars started at a young age. He started working on his own cars at 15. Now he is the owner of a two local businesses. Using his knowledge of cars and accounting, he opened Columbia Auto Repair and Sales, focusing on car repairs and trailer sales. In 2014, he and Randy Johnson combined their knowledge to open R&R Classic Cars. His favorite part of his job is not only seeing these cars come to life, but being able to be a part of our community and creating local jobs.
Scott has been doing body work for several years. Filling dents, smoothing surfaces, and straightening lines is his forté. He loves working on cars and bringing them back into their prime.
Hi there! My job here at R&R Classic Cars is online advertising, online sales, and website design and management. I was born and raised here in The Dalles. I grew up around the classic car culture and it’s always been a large part of my life. I own a 1970 Maverick that my father and I are working on restoring together. When I’m not here developing online, I spend my time hiking around The Gorge, spending time with family, and working on my photography.

David is our newest addition to the team, but he’s certainly not new to the automotive business. He has many years of experience in body work as well as mechanical work. He loves classic cars and enjoys working to bring them back to life.
